Here’s how i made It Happen

I won this project by impressing the client with the design of the video presentation deck and nailing the tone of what they felt their co-working concept represented. In my pitch, we had a script outline but needed a more formal script; this was a task I gave my director. Once pitched, locked, and given half the budget as a deposit, I brought on an additional producer to divide tasks with. Together, we broke down the script and identified a possible production timeline.
Simultaneously, we began reaching out to our agency contacts to request headshots that matched our character descriptions. I negotiated rates and usage then locked in the cast after a half day of auditions. I onboarded a crew of nine; director, assistant director, producer, DP, camera team, PAs, HMU, and wardrobe. We had total control of lighting in the space and endless outlets, so we used all our own lighting gear and had the DP, director, and a PA work to direct light. I delegated the call sheets, food and crafty, and gear rental pickup to my PAs and focused on the production breakdowns to develop a three day shoot schedule.

Since the client was onsite, it was my job to be with them and check in with the AD and producer as they made sure each scene was captured in full. The script was already locked, and the shoot schedule was properly padded to adjust for any unseen circumstances, so we wrapped on time and on budget.

I had pitched multiple ad units around specific feature sets and amenities in addition to the main video. We completed the main video edit in one month and the ad sets in three weeks. My role was to handle communication between the client and the editor, ensuring only relevant feedback and comments were made to each party. We delivered the items, they launched their campaign, and we continued doing business together for the next three years.
