I might be deaf in one ear, but I can dial in a room, troubleshoot any audio issue, and spin some sick beats.
I’ve run a marathon, or Ten.
I’m a long-distance endurance runner of over 15 years and an RRCA certified running coach. I run road and trails and am currently working on racing some ultras. This photo is of me at the 2022 Vancouver Marathon (their 50th!) doing some sprints to warm up before the race. I finished with a 3:12 time.
With the help of my wife, I completely remodeled a kitchen from demo, to studs, to this.
We have a fixer-upper house and we are fixin’ uppin’.
I love to cook.
I mean, look at the kitchen I built.
I have a pretty mean record collection.
And a pretty nice dog.
I climbed an active volcano that has since erupted.
I’m a tinkerer.
I like to take things apart, upgrade, clean, and more. This is a PS4 Pro that I replaced thermal components on. I also designed and built my network infrastructure. You can get wireless, ad-free, non-trackable, gigabit anywhere in my house.
My friends and I enjoy revisiting chain restaurants we rarely go to in adulthood.
Before the pandemic we hit Red Lobster, BJ’s, and Red Robin.
